This Privacy Policy explains how this private Google Cloud OAuth application (the “App”) handles information. The App is used only to connect Google services (such as Google Drive) to n8n for my personal automation workflows.

1) Who this policy applies to The App is intended for private, personal use only. Access is limited to the Google account(s) that I explicitly authorize.

 

2) What information the App accesses When you authorize the App, it may access data from Google services depending on the permissions (“scopes”) you grant. This can include content and metadata necessary to run my n8n automations (for example: file names, folders, file contents, and timestamps in Google Drive), limited to what my workflows are designed to use.

 

3) How information is used Information accessed through the App is used only to: Authenticate with Google on my behalf Run the specific n8n workflows I have configured Perform automated actions I initiate or schedule (such as reading, creating, updating, moving, or organizing files) The App is not used for advertising, marketing, or profiling.

 

4) Data sharing I do not sell or rent data accessed through the App. Data is not shared with third parties except: As needed to interact with Google APIs and the n8n instance running the automation If required by law, legal process, or to protect security and integrity

 

5) Data storage and retention The App may store Google OAuth tokens/credentials in my n8n credential storage so automations can run without re-authentication. Beyond tokens and workflow-related logs/configuration, the App does not intentionally store Google content long-term unless the workflow itself is designed to copy or save files.

6) Security I take reasonable measures to protect the App and any stored credentials (for example, access controls and secure hosting practices). However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

 

7) Your choices and controls You can revoke the App’s access at any time by removing it from your Google Account permissions/security settings. Revoking access will stop the App from accessing Google services until it is authorized again.

 

8) Changes to this Privacy Policy I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
